A pre-order item is an item being sold before we have it in inventory. If you would like to cancel your pre-order item, you must do so prior to receiving an email your order has shipped. A refund will be issued within 1-3 business days once the order is canceled and is usually reflected within 3-5 business days.

You have 20 days once the boots are delivered to submit a return. After the 20 days we can do an exchange or offer store credit.
