Most of our boots run true to size, so go with the size you normally wear. A few styles are the exception and we say so right on the product page so double check the description. When in doubt, email us at howdy@marfabootsco.com and we will help you out. 

We carry size 5 through 11, including half sizes, aside from 5.5, 9.5 and 10.5.

Size down for most styles. If you plan to wear thick socks, or just like a little more wiggle room, go with the larger size. 

Our styles feature 14 to 17 inch shaft heights with calf circumferences ranging from 13.49 to 16.68 inches. Check the size guide on each product page to compare the calf circumference for your specific size against the widest part of your calf.

Wipe them with a soft damp cloth and dry them with a clean towel. A little mild soap will take out most scuffs. 

Brush dirt off with a soft brush once they are dry. Spot clean with a barely damp cloth and let them air dry away from heat. Skip the washing machine and skip the dryer.

You do. Duties, taxes and any customs fees are set by your country and collected at delivery, not at checkout. Amounts vary by country, and your local customs office can tell you what to expect. 

Check with your neighbors and building first, since carriers sometimes scan a package early. If it has been 48 hours and you still can't find it, email howdy@marfabootsco.com and we will help you sort it out. 

You can add Redo coverage at checkout for $1.99 per pair. It covers returns and exchanges both, so the $20 return shipping fee does not come out of your refund. Your money goes back to your original payment method, and you file everything through the return portal in a few clicks. Without Redo, the $20 is deducted from your refund.

Undamaged, unworn, no scuffed soles, in the original packaging. Try them on carpet or another soft surface, since soles that have been on pavement cannot come back.

Yes, you can return or exchange preorders. The 20 days start when the boots arrive, not when you placed the order. 

We process returns and credits within 5 business days of receiving them. Once processed, it usually takes another 3 to 5 for the money to show up in your account.
