What size should I buy?

Our boots run "true to size" and we recommend picking a size you would typically wear for shoes.

We have also provided a sizing chart located within the product photos for each of our products.

If you’re still not quite sure, send us an email to and we’ll try and help you decide!

Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with confirmation number after your order is placed.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What is a pre-order item? What if I want to cancel a pre-order?

A pre-order item is an item being sold before we have it in inventory. If you would like to cancel your pre-order item, you must do so prior to receiving an email your order has shipped. To cancel a preorder item please contact us via email at A refund will be issued within 1-3 business days once the order is canceled and is usually reflected within 3-5 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! We provide free shipping within the United States with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped and arrive?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days; however, shipping times vary by customer location.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
