Ordering

What size should I buy?

Our boots run "true to size" and we recommend picking a size you would typically wear for shoes.

We have also provided a sizing chart located within the product photos for each of our products.

If you’re still not quite sure, send us an email to howdy@marfabootsco.com and we’ll try and help you decide!

Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with confirmation number after your order is placed.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What is a pre-order item? What if I want to cancel a pre-order?

A pre-order item is an item being sold before we have it in inventory. If you would like to cancel your pre-order item, you must do so prior to receiving an email your order has shipped. To cancel a preorder item please contact us via email at howdy@marfabootsco.com. A refund will be issued within 1-3 business days once the order is canceled and is usually reflected within 3-5 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! We provide free shipping within the United States with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped and arrive?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days; however, shipping times vary by customer location.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
