Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are in love with your purchase and if not, we're happy to help exchange for a different style or size.
Please note the following conditions and exclusions:
Returns should be shipped back undamaged and unworn (no scuffed soles) in original packaging within 20 days of purchase starting from the delivery date of your order. Please try your boots on a soft surface, i.e. carpet to avoid damaging soles. Please note, we do not accept returns if there is significant damage to original packaging (shoe box). Do not use shoe box as the return shipping box.
We will provide a prepaid label for all returns and exchanges, excluding final sale marked items. To start a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We cover the cost of exchange shipping for the same item in a different size. Returns for refunds to original form of payment are subject to a flat $20 return shipping fee (regardless of multiple items in order) that will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note, we do not cover the cost of exchange shipping for orders outside of the contiguous United States.
Marfa Boots monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded
Holiday Extended Return Policy (November 23 - December 25)
Purchases between November 23rd and December 25th may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase starting from the delivery date of your order.
Returns/Credits Will Be Processed Within 5 Business Days Upon Receipt.
